Horizons Sports Foundation

Horizons sports foundation is a non-profit corporation with charitable organization status in the State of Wisconsin.  Horizons is composed of Wheelchair Athletes and supporters of those athletes.  Simply Stated, the goal of Horizons is to give athletes in wheelchairs the support needed to overcome handicaps not only in sporting events but in other facets of life as well.

Our motto is … THROUGH SPORTS WE GROW…

All other participant members have gone through very traumatic, Life threatening situations that have left them what society labels “physically handicapped.”  Often, the injury occurs early in life before individuals have a chance to gain valuable work experience and a secure niche in society.  Some of our members do not require the continual use of a wheelchair, however their injury usually precludes them from competing in regular sports com petition.  It is our philosophy at Horizons, that those values cherished in America can also be achieved by people with physical disabilities.  We deeply appreciate the financial support of the SPONSORS listed in this program.  Please  support those sponsors whenever you can, with out their support we would not be here!
